This software will give our administrators access to your workstation to make any changes which you have request. After the session is complete, you may stop the program by right clicking the icon in the task bar, and selecting "Exit".

You may delete the software entirely from your machine if you'd like by simply deleting the downloaded program.

If you need assistance again, simply download the program again, and run it, once you've agreed to a time where the administrator will work with you.
